double botton and custom text for total

Hello, The plugin is perfect to my site.
A few improvements:
– there are up & down arrow and +/- buttons to add and remove a single product. Is it possible to have one of them (not both)?
– Is it possible to edit the Total text? I’d like to insert my custom text i.e. “Total shipment included” or “Subtotal”, etc.
