The avatar of the user is displayed twice.

I have the same issue with the instructor avatar being duplicated. It’s within LP because changing themes doesn’t fix the issue. I’ve used three different themes (2022, 2022, GoStudy). All have the same problem.
I’ve also deactivated or removed virtually every plugin, so that’s also not the issue.
