    it seems the plugin write a double “/” while adding css :
    <link rel='stylesheet' id='cpsh-shortcodes-css' href='https://localhost:8888/www/evolution/wp-content/plugins/column-shortcodes//assets/css/shortcodes.css?ver=1.0' type='text/css' media='all' />
