    When a ticket is bought from the website it is generated and the customer can download it in the page directly after payment. The ticket is not yet send to the mail. When the order is completed in woocomerce the customer gets his ticket attached in the mail. But if the order is approved there is a new ticket generated in the ticket list.

    We just launched a new version that fixes this issue. Please try to update to last plugin version and tell me if you find some problem.
