Try adding the below code to the Customize > custom CSS section and check it works or not –

    content: "\2022";
    margin-left: 5px;
    margin-right: 5px;
}
#site-navigation-wrap .dropdown-menu>li>a {
    display: inline-block;
}
#site-navigation-wrap .dropdown-menu > li:last-child:after {
