dots instead of numeric

Hello
I am using “Easy Table Contents” but something is going wrong.

I have deactivated and reactivated it without result.
I even uninstalled it, but installing it again loads the same settings.

The issue is that the table of contents doesn’t look like I need

— This way is ok , but it has to be before first heading ( not on hte side):

I already empied all caches
