dots in URLs of external styles and scripts to minify

hi,

We got a report about a conflict of Instagram Feed WD plugin with BWP Minify.

We will remove the dots from URLs of scripts and styles of Instagram plugin.

Is it possible to change the code of WP Minify so that it does not break when there are dots in URLs? This may will cause compatibility issues with other plugins as well.
