dosn’t load on category page

The plugin doesn’t seems to work on the category page.
i see that in other pages source i have this:
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’https://www.domain.com/wp-content/plugins/master-slider/public/assets/js/jquery.easing.min.js?ver=2.9.5′></script>
<script type=’text/javascript’ src=’https://www.domain.com/wp-content/plugins/master-slider/public/assets/js/masterslider.min.js?ver=2.9.5′></script>
and in the category page it doesn’t appear. the css files is there, but the js are not.
what can i do?
