You surely noticed this work from Barak Tawily unveiling a DoS vulnerability : https://baraktawily.blogspot.fr/2018/02/how-to-dos-29-of-world-wide-websites.html
Wordpress team won’t take any action on this, as for all DoS issues.

Have you planned to include a feature in Wordfence to take care of this ?
