Don’t works from the box

  • My experience. Just installed on site A and site B.
    Simple export. Without anoying questions and additional setting. I was happy.
    When tryied to import just exported stuff got Basic version supports only ',' as delimiter. Your file's delimiter seems to be unsupported.. Finish. And now additional settings is the disadvantege. Plugin don’t has them.

    May be I need to change delimeter manually, or something else. I don’t know. I know this don’t works from the box.

    Hi @bublick,

    We have tested the same and were unable to reproduce the issue. If you have edited your CSV file after exporting then there are chances that the delimiter of the file might have changed when saving the file using spreadsheet application. Please make sure that the delimiter used in the importing CSV file is a comma symbol( , ).

    Could you please share with ur your importing CSV file so that we can check it. You may please share it with us by uploading to Google Drive or any similar service and sharing the link. Or else you may please send it to us via support.
