Don’t work with SendPulse

I’m sorry, SendPulse is not supported as it doesn’t have html subscription form available. I will remove it from the supported list of email platforms, it was added there by mistake. You can check supported ones here https://documentation.cohhe.com/popup-manager/knowledgebase/email-template-forms/
