Hi @carcanha ,
Thanks for giving your feedback.
Our plugin is saving both abandoned carts for registered users and for guest users. If you could try to open up a different browser window, add a product to your cart and in the checkout form fill out either the phone number or email field, you should be able to see the captured abandoned cart. Please let us know if you are having any other issues.
Warm regards
On my site it’s saving only registered
My company blocked the /wp-admin for access only for our ips, can be it?-

Achiles.
I just went over to your website and can see that our plugin is loaded correctly, also the Checkout field ID values ar fine, but when I open up the Console there is a lot of information showing up, also some errors from the Paypal Plus Brasil plugin.
I would suggest to try to disable some of the plugins that currently are taking over the Checkout form and try to find which of the plugins is blocking our plugin to read the email or phone number fields.
Once you find that out, I could try to investigate this issue deeper to have a better solution on fixing this issue.
And this issue should not be linked to the fact that your /wp-admin can’t be accessed via a public IP address. Most probably it is caused by one of the plugins that are on the Checkout form.
Best
Update:
We tried to understand the reasons behind the issue of your Shop not being able to capture abandoned carts and found out that for some reason your theme is blocking access to admin-ajax.php file and returning a 403 error response which means that there are lacking some access rights or privileges.
Since we are using this default WordPress Ajax file in our plugin to save abandoned carts, it is necessary to be able to use it.
I would suggest you to double check the plugins you are using because it seems like one of them has taken over this file and made it inaccessible thus blocking our plugin and any other plugins in the future that will require this admin-ajax.php file.Yes, I’m tested in another server, without my company server and it’s working nicely.
My company has this rule, the wp-admin past don’t be acess to another ips. I’ll try to change this.
Thanks for support,
Your plugin is greatThank you for the kind words, we are really trying to keep it that way and improve it even further ??
Kind regards
My company blocks the wp-admin folder for external ips accesses for security, I can access only in-company or by vpn. If you can pass me the ip that the plugin uses to access the admin-ajax.php file they can release this.
Hi @carcanha
The thing is that this file admin-ajax.php is actually located on your server and accessed only by our plugin that is also located on your server just from another folder. This means that it is not really accessed externally.
Hope this makes sense ??
I guess that was it, because when I use the internal ip of the company it saves, and when external use does not save.
If it was some plugin it would not have saved my data internally.
Sounds like you clearly have some very serious security going on there ??
Hi! I was gonna buy this plugin but right before I did a co worker noticed it was not working with guests, it works fine If I’m logged in but if I open another tab and fill the checkout as guest, nothing is captured, I tried from different devices with different IPs, nothing seems to work. any help? Im testing it @ infinitorevendas.com.br, its a staging site
Hi @webster_r
Thanks for reaching out. Actually our product initially started out by capturing only guest abandoned carts and later we added the option to also capture carts of registered users.
So right now I just went over to your shop to leave an abandoned cart and I can see that my data as a guest user was captured and you should be able to see a new row in your table.
Let me know if our test abandoned cart does not appear.

@webster_r consegui arrumar no meu caso
well I just went to my dashboard and didnt see anything captured there, except the cart I abandoned with my registered account, if you’re sure it was captured then maybe the problem is that its just not visible for some reason?
@carcanha n?o entendi bem sua solu??o, alterou as permiss?es de acesso do wp-admin? tens como detalher um pouquinho essa solu??o? grato!
