By the way, As far as I can tell, your plugin works well with Gravity Forms 1.9.3.1 and with 1.9.5
Maybe checking what have changed may give you some hints.

I’m having trouble with the latest version of gravity forms too.
The mailpoet subscribe option doesn’t show and gform entries are not added to the subscribers list

Just trying for the first time, running GF v1.9.9 and MP v2.6.15 – checkbox doesn’t appear in field, only label.

I was able to get mine working by choosing the multi-select option (even though I only have one field). Checkbox now appears on front-end, and subscriptions are saved.

running GF v1.9.9 and MP v2.6.15

    Hope that helps someone else.

also: I’m an idiot. Single works, but must fill in label field. Default doesn’t seem to take.

Moral of the story: it’s not really broken until you’ve mucked with every single possible option ??

@jenny: so? it worked for you or it isn’t?

if only somebody from @mailpoet Staff could help here… (please? anybody?)
    ??

Yes Marcelo, it’s working for me. You should probably first update to the latest version of Gravity Forms.

Initially it took using the multi-select option to have the checkbox appear, but then I was able to get it working without multi-select enabled by simply filling in the label for the checkbox. The default doesn’t seem to work. So try both of those approaches. And if you try without multi-select, make sure you’ve checked the box for the list you want under the add-on setting preferences (admin > forms > prefs > mail poet).

Also of course make sure you’re filling in the field ID from the current form into the corresponding field for mailpoet.

I’ve tested the field, and the email address saves properly and confirmation mail is sent. (tho I’m only using email, haven’t tried with first/last name tho no reason they wouldn’t work the same. (tho not sure how to signal first/last name subfields when using the advanced name field, will have to figure that out :)).

If you still need support, use their support form, you’ll get a quicker reply https://support.mailpoet.com/contact/

    hope that helps!

    Hi!
I didn’t work for me neither – but I just discovered the problem in my form. I hope it will help you too!
I created a multi-page form with Gravity forms, including newsletter-subscription with Mailpoet. It seems to be important that the Mailpoet-field is on the last page! If the Mailpoet-field is on any other page, it will lose the entered information. So you have to move it to the last page.
    Hope that helps!
