Don’t work reCAPTCHA

Hi @lcguardiadelanoche,

I visited your website but was unable to find your form. Do you currently have a form on your website?

Also, on the reCAPTCHA settings page, can you confirm that you clicked the checkbox “Enable reCAPTCHA Protection”? What happens when you click the link “View reCAPTCHA Preview”?

Hi,
This thread is 1 month old, but I don’t see it resolved.
I have the same issue.
Put my keys in but nothing.
And I can report that I do not see an option
“Enable reCAPTCHA Protection”
nor
“View reCAPTCHA Preview”

What could be the issue?

Unfortunately I don’t have any good answers for you. My best answer is to (1) verify you have the correct keys, are pasting them into the correct boxes, and hit the save button. Or (2) try creating a new set of ReCAPTCHA site keys, and verifying they’re in the correct fields/you hit the save button.

Let me know if that fixes it. I’ll try to think of some potential issues in the meantime.

Hi Kevin,

I’m not sure if this forum allows it.
But could you send me a screenshot of what I’m supposed to see.
And I’ll share a screenshot of what I’m actually seeing.
And we could take it from there.
1. A screenshot of the configuration page with the
“Enable reCAPTCHA Protection” and “View reCAPTCHA Preview”
because I’m seeing none of that.
2. A screenshot of how the login screen is supposed to look like.
So I’ll know if I’ve been successful.

additional note:
At first I pasted codes for the invisible reCAPTCHA and wasn’t seeing anything.
I thought that might have to do with it being invisible and all.
But apparently it still supposed to show something in the corner.
Then I put the code for a reCAPTCHA V2.
And still I saw nothing. That’s when I decided to look up the support forum.
