    Hello @joseluismm41 ,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Currently, we have a bug due to API changes, we’ll soon release an update which will solve the issue.

    Please update the plugin once you’ll see the new version available and try to authenticate again.

    I am very sorry for all the inconvenience caused.

    Same error

    {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”}

    Do you have an estimate on when a new update will be available to fix this issue? I was hoping for a fix today.
    Thanks

    I had the same problem and ended up switching to another plugin that works perfectly (Spotlight social feeds).

    I am also considering to switch to other plugin – thank you for the hint!

    I’d just like an estimate on whether fixing this issue is going to take, days, weeks or months.

    Then I can make a decision on if I can wait or need to replace with an alternative solution.

    Please advise.

    Hello @one3rdnerd ,

    Dear friend, please go to Instagram feed > settings > advanced and uninstall the plugin. Then, please go to the Plugins section and delete it.

    Now please install again, authenticate and recreate your feeds.

    If the issue persists, please let me know.

    @zhannak

    When I go to “Instagram Feed” there is no settings option, nor is their an advanced section.

    Are you talking about the same plugin?

    Dear @one3rdnerd

    Sorry, you just need to remove/delete the plugin, install, activate, reauthenticate and recreate your feeds and check again.

    Please do not add any conditions.

    Isn’t it working?

    Can you please send me the link where you have published the feed?

    Thanks, that is fixed now.
