    Hi @ole_wilkenburg,

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve hit up against problems – though I’m a little sad that you jumped straight to leaving a low rating here in the reviews section instead of posting for help in the right place (best I can tell, you haven’t asked for assistance with this).

Naturally we’d be driven to act quickly if this was a general problem being experienced by most users, yet I’m not aware of many other reports along similar lines — that does rather suggest that whatever the problem is, it is specific to your own local setup.

Would you mind creating a support topic for this? We’d love to be able to help if we can. Here are some ideas to get you started:

    • Test for conflicts (this is frequently the best way to figure out the source of the problem)
    • If you still need help, let us know but share as much information as you can such as the plugins and version numbers you are using, the corresponding error log entry (your host can help you retrieve that) and so on

Thanks! Hopefully we can get you on track and, perhaps, improve the rating you have left us ??

I do beg your pardon, Ole: I see the post you created now. We’ll follow up with you on our very next sweep of the forums – and the above steps are well worth running through in the meantime. Thanks!
