• Hi, I’ve already used your plugin and it worked. I’m using the auto-cupon version. Now, I installed on another site and auto-coupon not working. If I wrote manually the coupon code, it works fine, but it doesn’t apply automaticaly.

    Would you tell me how can I troubleshoot this issue?

    A few additional information:

    We are using this coupon to add discount for selected payment gatways.

    When I type in the code of the plugin, there is a red notice for a few miliseconds, saying it is not match to the critera. After this red changes to green and the coupon is applied.

    In spite of that we change the payment gatway on the Checkout page, and the selected gatway is not included in the coupon, the discount still remain active, however the criterion of the coupon isn’t meet.

    Maybe it is important, that we are using Saferpay plugin also.

    As I said, we using it on other sites without problems.

    what are the coupons settings?

    5 percentage, expiry 2030-12.31

    Condition: Checkout->Payment method Maestro and Visa

    auto cupon checked, Apply silently not checked .

    No other field modified.

    But I tested with different settings. If a change the payment method on the Checkout from a discounted pamyent menthod to a normal payment method the checkout page don’t change, the discount remains on the checkout page. The final amout will be also incorrect, i.e. discount is applied in spite of that payment method is not discounted.

    Btw, is “Update order review on payment method change” enabled on our plugin’s settings page?
