    Hello.

Thanks for letting me know, but I’ll need some more details in order to understand what is wrong.

What version of WordPress are you using?

Is there an error message on the screen when upgrade fails? If you have access to the error_log, does it contain any error messages?

How had you installed the previous version of the plugin? Using the plugin installer within WordPress or you had installed it manually?

I’d like to help, but unless you provide me with some more information, I don’t know how to help you or what to fix.

    Kind Regards,
    George

If you had installed the previous version manually (without the plugin installer within WordPress), then, when trying to upgrade from within WordPress, it is possible that the files of the old version cannot be removed due to filesystem permissions.

In that case, please connect via ftp and remove the old version manually from the plugins directory.
