    Sorry to hear the trouble, please share screenshots of settings you have, and also enable debug mode (under Advanced tab) to see what the logs say.

    I have made some progress.

    With VAT valid in vies the prices shows without taxes, thats what i want.

    But with VAT not valid, shows “EU VAT Number?is not valid” and what i want is to show prices with taxes and go to the finish and buy.

    Now i have inserted a invalid VAT for vies B32479463, but in the log don’t update and it shows B65312209 that is a valid VAT.

    At this moment i insert B65312209 and gives me invalid vat( and is a valid vat), but in the log appears as if I entered B32479463.

    Hi @zecamaral

    In order to allow checking out on wrong VAT numbers, you need to tick that option under General >> Allow checkout on unregistered VAT numbers. Alternatively, you can make the field optional as it seems required now.

    As for the logs not showing correct numbers, you need to change the log file from top right corner of log screen.
