    What did not work you did not indicate? nor you have contacted the support team through the support tab, I didn’t see your issue in support threads as well.

    Additionally, we had mentioned various times to check the debug log, you must have to enable debug to true in wp-config.php file.
    Also, refer to all the steps and mentioned points here for more clarification.

    I am flagging this review because it is not fair. Over 20,000+ users are using this plugin, which is proof enough that it works perfectly. If you have an issue you should first post in the support thread and seek an answer prior to giving a 1-star review.
