    Hi BnBGallo,

    I think you are not configured properly from admin side.
    You need to just add word with same case in find field and then add word what you want to replace with that in whole site. And if you want to add anchor link to that word that also option in admin side.

    If still not working then if you can allow so we can give support to resolve issue from your site.
