  • Maybe this plugin is great, maybe it isn’t. One thing is for sure, there is NO functionality without upgrading and paying them money. Nope, no file uploads, nope, not even a copy of the form is saved. Nothing.

    I’m sorry that our Lite version doesn’t seem to fit your needs for now. Our team has worked hard to make sure that our free version includes everything needed to create a basic contact form, but we appreciate your feedback.

    The Standard Fields like the Single Line Text and Paragraph Text fields can be used to collect any information you’d like, and you can also set up form notifications to send out form submission details to be collected via email.
