• It does not work. I disabled ALL plugins, changed the theme, and did both at the same time. All I got was a blank screen.

    Would love to have a forum thread started so that we can help troubleshoot what’s going on for you. We know we’ve had a slightly bumpy upgrade with the 2.0.0 release and anticipated potential problems for multiple users, and we suspect you’re experiencing the same current issues that others have been reporting. However, we’d love to be able to confirm that as well.

    Ok. Nothing works and I get a blank screen, so I don’t have much to show you. Even going with the native theme for WP and NO plugins loaded, it should work. I don’t have a lot of time, support multiple websites, and time is money for most. I am in the two week trial so will expect a refund if you can’t get it sorted. The customer is also keen to start advertising her website, so more time I spend on this keeps me away from a long term solution if you can’t solve it post haste.

    Understood on all those parts. However, we can’t deduce specifically what’s going on without being shown some sort of error log for the site in question. If you have access to that, via the website’s hosting panel, that’d be the next best place to go.

    Regarding refunds and whatnot, we can’t handle that here on the forums, so you’d need to reach out to sales via constantcontact.com however hopefully we don’t get to that point.

    We are actively trying to resolve other reported issues as well, and hopefully we’ll get lucky and those same issues will be what’s affecting things here, thus resolving them as well.
