• After purchasing the ‘PRO’ version, things started to go wrong quickly.
    The plugin fails to deliver. Particularly in the Schema.org category it is a mess.
    No drag & drop for properties, impossible to save custom schema and the content of them will not update.

    It has taken customer support more than 20 hours to even look at this – nothing so far.

    Checking your ticket, it seems the delay was caused due to multiple reasons like the delay with the logins, incorrect logins, and insufficient permissions.
    As for the issue itself, it was coming from your web host’s end and we see that it has been resolved now.

    Thank you for getting back to me. It has been more than a week and the issue has not been resolved.
    Any access and permissions issues arose out of the up to 9+ hour delay in response from the support.

    This has been an absolute terrible experience.
    I urge you to change your support system and way to communicate with your clients.
