Don't want to open the app view in browsers,

I want to buy quick app but I have a problem. I just want to use the app view in mobile app only not in mobile browsers. I am comfortable to make changes in source code of plugin please suggest if it is possible. can I use useragent property to do the same.
One more thing I want to know, If my website is viewed in app mode in mpbile browser will it show adds or the adds will be only for android app.
