dont want regions to be required

this question has been asked here in the forum several times but i cant see any answer from your suport. also for some reason this topics are closed to replies.
so pls – is there a way to disable requirement for regions when posting a job?

i am using the Jobify theme.
i sat that in your Listify theme you add an “all regions” option:

(i suppose it behave liked all regions when filtering)
that can solve the problem..
but in the Jobify there is no such option..
