don't want "follow blog" at end of posts

I’m using the Origin theme. I had for a few weeks the “follow blog” option activated under Settings>Comments “Show a ‘follow blog'” option in the comment form.

I am using now a widget to do that, and I don’t want the Jetpack option anymore, but though I unmarked the box long ago, it doesn’t go away and it keeps appearing at the bottom of my posts. (for instance here: https://www.practicaryoga.com/2012/10/02/una-introduccion-a-la-meditacion/)

This is really annoying, I hope someone can help me, maybe deleting some part of the code?
