Can you provide me with your ticket number so I can find out with our support team what might have happened? We certainly would not refuse support for something that serious.
What data went missing? When did you notice the missing data? And did anything on your site change recently? This is not a typical experience in in our 300,000+ users we’ve not seen anything like this happen before.
