They made some kind of major update to the product that required me to run a database update of some kind. Since then, I have seen repeated 404s on my events pages. The advice I got was to reset permalinks. That fixed it – for a day or so. I had to keep doing this every other day until finally a support person suggested disabling a cache setting at my host (WPEngine). That worked – until I realized that all of my Virtual Events now have no “Register” buttons and no longer do I have any Virtual Events fields in the back end – despite also updating the paid Virtual Events add on. My advice is to not use these plugins – they seem to be having major issues – quite a number of people complaining about the same issue.
