That issue is one that affect lightbox URLs on sites that migrate from one URL to a different one. The reset button generally resolves it, so we’re sorry that it’s not in this case.

Just FYI (and for others reading this), we’ve also introduced a permanent fix that will be available in the next release. Thanks. (Erick at Photocrati)

Thanks very much for keeping us posted, @dunavista. Glad you resolved it! As you have this working again, perhaps you could consider adjusting your rating to reflect that? Or if there are still issues significant enough for you to preserve your current rating, please don’t hesitate to let us know so we can look into them.

@dunvista – Just following up on some old reviews.

As you know this review was written following a major overhaul of the plugin in version 2.0. At this point, most of the issues related to that overhaul of the plugin have been long addressed.

The issue you had in your original threads were definitely resolved a long, long time ago.

I’m not sure if you are still using the plugin, but given the current performance of the plugin, a one-star rating seems a bit harsh, and we’re wondering if you might consider revising your rating?
