  • Hi @insideril,

Thanks for getting in touch! From the screenshots, it looks like Facebook is not able to retrieve the feed file that it would need to sync your products. Beneath the “Manual Upload (URL)” in your screenshots should be the unique URL to the feed file on your store.

In some cases, we have seen the sync fail when this is not directly accessible. Are you able to use this unique URL and download the file in your browser?

    Cheers!

    Simon.

    Yes,

But the file is empty, I mean there is only the titles.

    Hi @insideril!

That’s certainly strange it would be empty. Even Virtual products should exist in the file, although their visibility would be set to hidden.

I wonder if there is an error when generating the file causing it to become empty. To look into this further, we’d need to take a closer look at the site and see what products exist already. I can then also check for error logs and attempt to regenerate the file again as well.

To do this, please could you raise a support request via our support form so that we could share credentials and site details privately?

    Cheers!

    Hey @insideril,

Thanks so much for sending through those details! I’ve just replied this morning, so let me close this thread and we can continue speaking directly.

    Cheers!

    Simon.
