    Around 20,000 people have updated to 2.3 I think. This issue hasn’t been mentioned before which makes me suspect the issue is something else. Please could you send some admin login details to us using this form: https://metaslider.com/support

    Strangely enough, the problem fixed itself. Thanks for the follow-up though.

    I get the same problem. I have the latest WP version and when I hit save the images dissapear??? What′s wrong, anyone?
    It′s the free version, but expect it′s the same problem.

    I have the same problem. I had hoped the problems would be solved after the update today… But unfortunately it didn’t. Now I can’t see nothing. In the controlpanel I can see ‘Meta Slider Lite’ but it’s empty.

    Hi GiaP,

    There will never be a definitive fix for this – Meta Slider adds slides correctly (if it didn’t then I would be overwhelmed with support items!).

    I’m 99% confident the problem will be down to a conflicting plugin or theme, so the “fix” is to disable all other plugins and try switching theme, then let me know which plugin/theme is causing the problem.

    It would be very handy, but unfortunately I can’t test all combinations of themes & plugins, so I’ll never get it working with every single combination – Joost has written an interesting blog post about why this is: https://yoast.com/honest-truth-plugin-testing/

    For anyone else having this problem, please try disabling all other plugins and switching your theme. Start a new topic letting me know about the conflicting plugin, and I’ll see if I can add a workaround in to Meta Slider, or I’ll contact the author of that plugin with details of a fix.
