Don't truncate event URLs at 250 chars, allow HTTPS urls

    Hi theresa95,

    I put those limitations in to keep the mysql db small and fast, but I agree it is too limited (more people have mentioned this as well). I’ll try to get an update out somewhere this week to bump up those limits.

    Hi theresa95,

    I’ve just released an update and the Simple Events Calendar now allows for much longer titles and urls and super long descriptions.

    Will enable https soon as well.

    And now there’s also support for https urls! ??
