  • Hello,

    Thank you for reaching us!

This is happening because you have the Automatic Translation activated and, those strings have been translated automatically.
To reverse them to default you will need to go into the Gettext Editor and search there for the strings that are sent from the form and then, change the translation from the correct one in English into the same you have as you do on the Chinese part (default one).

    As for the:
What’s more, I am also use Woocommerce, how to make the new order notice email(send to administrator) Chinese?
You will need to search for the strings that are part of the Admin Email template in the Gettext Editor (Email section) and change them as you wish.

And make the order confirm received email (send to user) in user’s language?

TranslatePress adds to each user meta a switcher that is set automatically to the last visited language by the user and uses that language to send the emails (From WooCommerce only at this point).

Thus, you don’t need to do anything for this to work properly.
    Cheers,
