Don't think this is working

This plugin doesn’t seem to work – or at least it isn’t very well documented.
For instance, if I select Show only on, then select Archive checkbox… there isn’t any other option. So it will show up on every archive page. If I add a specific url as instructed in the box (https://chicagophoenix.com/category/whole-living/dear-lady-a/*) – it doesn’t do anything. The widget doesn’t show up in the category that is specified, or anywhere else.
