Don't think "Slow zooming effect" is working

I’ve checked the “Slow zooming effect” option but I don’t think it’s working (or at least I can’t tell). It’s supposed to zoom in on the images, right?

Edit: I thought it might’ve been because I was using the old imagerotator.swf file (sans longtail watermark) but I replaced the file and that doesn’t seem to be the case.
