    Hi,

I’m using your plugin for my customer reviews. I allowed guest to order and post reviews. However, if they have a wordpress account, it will display their Gravatar instead of the guest avatar I chose. How can I prevent that from happening ?

  • Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

It’s the standard feature of WooCommerce to display the Gravatar image of the user in the reviews section. If you want to turn it off, please go to the admin area > Settings > Discussion > Disable the option “Show Avatars”.

Or show their name (first char) as the avatar by going to Reviews > Settings > Reviews Extensions > Customer Avatars: Initials.

    Hi,

Thanks a lot for your help!

However, if it can be helpful for anyone, I checked “Only allow local avatars (still uses Gravatar for default avatars)” so I was able to use my default avatar when a guest posts a review.

    Feature suggestion:
I think it would be really great to be able to edit the review to add a profile picture to be displayed.
