Don’t sync stock quantity

    Hello!

    Don’t sync stock quantity and all my products show 0 Quantity To Sell.

    I tried:
    -Сhange the quantity in the product editing and start to sync
    -Delete product on Facebook (facebook_metabox)
    -Reset Facebook metadata (facebook_metabox)
    -Disconnect and connect plugin
    -Remove woocommerce app in my facebook account

    for example: price, product url synced

  • Hi @glebsear – Can you send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find that by going to the follow page in your admin dashboard: WooCommerce > Status > ‘Get system report’

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    Could you also please enable the debug logs from your Marketing > Facebook tab, try another sync and then share the Facebook logs in the ticket you open with us.

    If they are lengthy, please attach them as a text document.

    We will be able to help you further from there.
