    Hi @cedsun

Sorry to hear you had such a poor experience with Page Builder. For migration, we generally recommend using the Duplicator plugin. We have a section on this in our documentation. Did you get a chance to read this?

As for our support, did you post on our support forums? This is where we suggest all our users post. You can see we’re fairly active there.

    Hi @gpriday

I just wanted to move wordpress from a subfolder and fix the URLs … All the layouts were lost. It was impossible to go back.
This is the first plugin that poses this type of problem.
You should warn your users more explicitly: “You can not migrate in a conventional way”.
It’s too late for me. I spent all my night re-doing each page.

    Thank you for your reply.

Page Builder stores all its data in post meta, so conventional migration does work almost always (in our tests, conventional file/database migration has always worked).

That said, in cases where it doesn’t, we’ve found that using Duplicator gets around any issues. This is why we include that migration section in our documentation, and why we offer our free support forum for people who run into issues.

Sorry to hear you had to recreate your pages. I hope you enjoy whichever plugin you’ve switched to.
