Don’t show Payment Plans

    Good morning,

    I’m having a problem with the checkout page.

    I create the payment plans and they won’t show in the checkout page or the account page.

    How do i solve this?

    Hi,

    the free version does not support payment plans yet.

    Could you please explain it more with some screenshots?

    the customer chose partial payment and paid the first installment but the website does not update and continues to say ‘awaiting payment confirmation’

    what can I do?

    Good Morning.

    Which payment gateway are you using? Let us know so we can test it at our dev site.

    By default, it may not be showing because the gateway provider can’t verify the payment, or the webhook does not pull any data.

    Could you please test it with regular orders (not deposit) and check if the issue is still present?
