Don’t show OpenID field during authentication for single-author OpenID Providers

This might be more of a behavior change request, but when a WordPress blog is setup as a single-author OpenID Provider, the ability to sign in to one’s account using an OpenID shouldn’t be offered during authentication to a relying party.
In other words, when the single owner of the blog is signing in to another site with his OpenID, he should not be able to use yet another OpenID (or even his self-hosted OpenID) when authenticating. He should only provide his local account credentials to complete the OpenID authentication transaction.
