    Hello!

    I have problem ((

Yesterday, the picture is displayed and the plugin to function correctly. But the picture is not visible today.

I have done the following steps to fix
    1. disable all installed plug-ins to identify the conflict. Did not help.
    2. For the cache folder and CAPTCHA – set parameters 777. It did not help.
    3. delete and install the plug again. Did not help.
    4. rollback base on the day before when everything worked. Did not help.

On the same settings and plug-ins installed on the local computer everything is functioning correctly

Please tell me how to fix

I would be very grateful. Thank you waiting for an answer

Hi, just one question have you also tried the following troubleshooting tips?

    (@alexdark)

Yes? tried, but don’t help (((((

before it was after installing the plug-in “iThemes Security”, but I corrected it by removing the markers from the checkboxes “Disable PHP in Plugins” and “Disable PHP in Themes” and then it worked fine. After the end of the session appeared login form box where after click me on the “refresh captcha image” image has been broken ((((

Hi, I looked at your site. I assume that the captcha image is suppose to appear at the login WordPress page? Is that correct?

Hi, I checked and the captcha is giving a 403 error message. I think you should speak to your host about this issue.

I have another site from the same provider and CAPTCHA functions correctly.
then the problem seems to me it may be possible because of the security plug-in ((((

If you are using iThemes Security plugin then that is what is causing the problem. Disable the security plugin and carry out a test? If the captcha is visible then you know what the cause is.

I already did. above, I wrote about it. It did not help (((
but maybe it is a bug in the security plug-in

    mbrsolution

    (@mbrsolution)

There is definitely a conflict between the two plugins.

I think so too. I write this question on the support iThemes Security. perhaps they are something prompt. I will tell you their answer.
