    Hello,

I followed all your 7 steps from “I can not see any fee on my checkout
I don’t know how to get it done.
I activated all APIs (Distance Matrix API, Places API for Web, Google Maps Geocoding API), created 2nd API key, disabled checkout fields to default woocommerce checkout. I tried different settings in the plugin, default woocommerce From addres, added in the plugin, added shipping methods, error logs is empty, no cache plugin (even private browser window), activated paid GCP.

Can you help, maybe take a look inside admin panel?

    Hello,

Yes I saved them few times. That isn’t the problem.

One question that maybe can help: How the plugin indentify the address fields (city, street and number) to calculate the distance between shop’s address and shipping address?

    Best regards.

Origin address can be placed in the plugin settings or otherwise the WooCommerces store location is used.

Destination address is the address user inputs at the checkout page.

Address, zip and city are all required.

    Hello,

    I can’t fix it.
Would you like to take a look at the settings?
I can provide you admin login.

    Regards!

I believe that would be against forum rules. How about if you just do fresh install only with default WordPress theme, WooCommerce and Distance fee plugin? That way you could make sure it is not any other plugin or theme causing the issue.

Also, do you have any errors on your PHP’s error_log file?

This is how i get it work.
    With checkout field editor plugin.
Only when I turned on this kind of plugin, the distance fee know some-how how to calculate the distance.
It work with custom checkout field.
Street (default woocommerce) it’s the shipping address where will be calculated the tax for shipping.

    Best regards!

I see that it works perfectly when user it’s logged in. For a guest, with the same checkout info, tax fee still doesn’t show at all. Do you know where could be the issue for guest?

It must be ajax related issue. Plugin itself supports both, admin and non-admin requests but it seems something is now blocking guest ajax requests on your setup.

    I could make it done.

    What I learnt?

Fields use to calculate shipping: County, City (not mandatory if it’s missing doesn’t show any fee), Street (optional number), Postal Code (it’s not used, but when I disabled it the plugin doesn’t show any fee).
If delivery address it’s a small village less known by Google, County and City (Village name) will be enough to calculate distance fee, because Google Maps doesn’t know house’s numbers from that place.
