Don’t see the shipping method “Table rate”

Hello,

I’m trying to setup the plugin on a network site but I encounter issue because I don’t see the shipping method in the select of the popup “Add a shipping method”.

The plugin is well installed and activated. Also, I see the text:
“To use?table rate shipping?make sure that the Shipping Method is set to Table Rate.” but, I can’t select the shipping method :/

Is this plugin compatible with network/multisite site?

Could you help me to identify the issue and configure the plugin please?
