Many people have complained about this message, without much help.

I think I finally identified the problem.

When I click PayPal from the products page, or from the cart page, it works fine. But when I go to checkout and click paypal I get the short term “popup of death” that everyone else gets.(I removed the zip code on purpose to test this)

But when it returns, I noticed that there were errors in the billing address which were reported – but I never looked for errors after receiving the – quickly disappearing – Paypal message.

Needless to say, this is quite confusing. WooCommerce should check the Billing address fields, before going to PayPal from the Checkout page.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey there!

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
    ?
The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
