• Hi,

    I can see the “Cancel” button on the order list (from the My Account page). However, there is no button to “refund” or “replace.” I’ve selected those options from the settings page but can’t seem to find the button where a customer can ask for a refund.

    Can you please direct me as to how I can get the button (and refund request form) to show up?

    I am not support but may be able to help based on my experience
    This button is only visible on orders created after the plugin has been configured
    I too had the same problem then processed a new order and all the functions were visible in the new order

    Hello,

    You must need to complete the order status. Otherwise, you didn’t get any refund or return button on my account page. When your order status is completed then the customer can see the return request button.
