Don't see 'permalink' any more with WP 4.4 and plugin version 2.2.8

Hia Jordy,
It seems that I can’t select a ‘main’ category any more since I upgraded to WP 4.4. I do still see the ones that I’ve selected previously but I don’t see the permalink any more when I hover over the categories in a post (draft or published).
Any ideas?
