Don’t save data in category on creation

When I use WYSIWYG editor in my default category it doesn’t save the text.
If I save it again in the category itself everything is ok.

But when I try to edit a category everything is fine https://prntscr.com/spkt9xI.e when I create a category first time it doesn’t save content, but when I edit it it’s fine.
