Don't receive submitted message

Hello team,

I created easily a contact form: https://madebymaud.com/contact-alternative/ when I fill it and send it, I got message that it was successfully send. But I don’t receive the filled information. Instead of this I receive in email the whole code that is Message body, I made screenshot: https://imgur.com/QeshrEO

Here is the code in the MESSAGE BODY:
