Don’t receive messages, but sending confirmation is ok

It doesn’t work anymore: if I send myself a message through the contact form, the green confirmation message displays correctly, but I don’t receive the message. I have NO filters at all in my email and it’s not in the Spam.
I tried several times, also changing the recipient email, but I still don’t receive any message.
I don’t know when the problem begun.
